Terms of service
1) City permit is recommended. walonquick Racks is not responsible for Permit, racks structure and any fee required by the City or Fire Department.
2)Engineering, Calculation, Plan Check or Permit fees are not included.
3)An order with special size is unable to cancel. An order only can be cancelled within 24 hours the order is placed, or is subject to a restocking fee that is 30% of the invoice amount.
4)After the invoice is finalized, the amount shown on the invoice is based on
the materials actually installed on the jobsite. All used materials are sold AS IS and non refundable.
5)For safety purpose, client needs to prepare a forklift/scissor lift at client's own expense if the job requires.
6)Any remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 days of the completion date.
Otherwise, there would be a late fee that is 5% of the remaining balance.
7)We'd assume you have agreed all terms and conditions set forth above once we receive your initial deposit.
